KPTCL has invited online applications for 2975 posts to fill the vacant posts of Junior Station Attendant and Junior Powerman. KPTCL will conduct a recruitment examination for 2975 posts, including 433 posts of Junior Station Attendant and 2542 posts of Junior Powerman. KPTCL JSA/JPM Recruitment Selection Process
To get selected for KPTCL Junior Station Attendant, Junior Powermen, and ESCOMs (KK) and (NKK), candidates have to clear the below-mentioned steps, and only then are they selected for this recruitment.
- Electric Pole Climb: Climbing an 8-meter pole (mandatory)
- 100 Meter Run: Must complete within 14 seconds
- 800 Meter Run: Must complete within 3 minutes
- Shot Put (12 pounds): Must throw at least 8 meters (3 attempts)
- Singa (Physical Exercise): 50 repetitions in 1 minute
All the applicants selected in this recruitment are given a monthly salary of Rs 17,000 in the first year, Rs 19,000 in the second year, Rs 21,000 in the third year, and after the third year, all the selected candidates are given a monthly salary of Rs 28,550 to Rs 63,000.
